The views are unique overlooking the Caribbean sea. Location is really great...but grounds and building could do with some TLC

Excellent ocean view but not properly maintained
The location has the best ocean view in my memory of the Caribbean. But the property is not well maintained and badly needs renovation. No wifi available at least during our stay. No restaurant at the neighborhood. However, it might still be a considerable place for weekend retreat.

Everything about this hotel was terrible, except for the staff, especially Lasandra, she was outstanding. The amenities were horrible, air condition, tv. & patio door were broken. Lastly, the owner of the hotel was on the premises & refused to meet with the guess, He was down right rude.

they book the room i had on the reservation and they want to charge me the same price, when i realize the room was change i ask to speak to a manager are a supervisor and they refused to let me speak to someone. they gave me a different room for a cheaper price and told me the next day they will give me the room that i original book the cheap room bathroom was very dirty the shower curtain was not change in months my skin was itching me for days and the mattress springs i could feel when laying on the best. i travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotel i ever experience, i left my contact information for the manager and no one contacted me i need a refund and i give it no star.
