Picturesque cottage house with nearby lake and cafe
A charming cottage house in the beautiful town of New Marlborough, Mass. The house has two bedrooms for guests. One bedroom is on the second floor and another one in the basement, facing a garden. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is heated primarily with a wood-burning stove and has electrical baseboard heating in key areas. It has many stairs with minimal handrails. The house is not suitable for old age or small children. We live here with two teenagers. Nearby, you will find an excellent cafe and a beautiful lake; beyond, all that the Berkshires have to offer.
