"We had a nice deluxe king room. The coffee maker is definitely out dated and low budget. The toilet didn’t flush so we called the front desk. The maintenance person was there in minutes and fixed the problem. Super nice guy. We had a good time "

"This trip started out as a disaster! The Hotel was under major renovation. No one warned us that was the case. Apparently they were in an ownership change. Thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service of an employee named Hayden.. the stay was saved! First day and a half not so good the rest of the four day stay was awesome! All the staff was super helpful and understanding in a very difficult situation. PLEASE !! Bring back the towel rentals for the hot springs pool… was a really nice feature you had in the past."

"We love staying at the Lexington after working long hours and are too tired to go home. We've stayed at many hotels in Jackson, this is one of our two favorites to rest. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have the most comfortable beds as well as the best breakfast in town. Thank you! "

"Our Stay was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Reservation was in between a fraternity so they upgraded us to two rooms instead of one In a different area. The lodge includes Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Laundry room, and a gym. It’s in walking distance of a very nice Albertsons for groceries with other restaurants around it. Has a local shuttle bus stop right in front of lodge. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Jackson hole."

"We stayed in the cabins since the hotel was fully booked. The cable was just ok. It was clean and cute and i knew going in what we would and would not have. Its just beds, a bathroom and a coffee maker. Very few options for food. The restaurant is very nice but you need reservations which we did not know and they book up months in advance. Luckily we stopped by as they were opening for dinner and was able to get in but it had to be at that moment, nothing was available until 9:30. There is another place down the road but very few options and nothing if you have dietary restrictions. For these reasons these cabins should have a small refrigerator and microwave so you can at least travel with some food. I heard this was a problem so i actually came prepared with some dry food and we ate alot of peanut butter sandwiches, crackers and fruit for the 3 nights we were there. Location was great! "
