"The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. The bathrooms are a little small, but the hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend."

"I LOVED this property!! It was so beautiful!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities! My husband and I experienced elevation sickness while staying here and decided to stay in for dinner. We didn't know if we could expect much from a somewhat limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised with the BEST salad I had on the trip and we enjoyed the pizza as well. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our balcony was awesome! We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped mountains.... it was so lovely! There were hot tubs and fire pits as well. They offered a shuttle back into town. I was worried about the "timeshare sell", but during our one night stay, it wasn't even mentioned to us. I was thankful for that and enjoyed the whole experience immensely! I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!"

"Hotel location was great if planning to visit the Adventure Park, but if not, then no benefit to staying there. The "Waterpark" is nothing more than two slides, one of which is only for toddlers. Far from what I would consider a waterpark. Plus the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast dining area is much too small to accommodate the number of guests on the weekend plus selection is very limited. The toilet seat was broken in our bathroom and all the furniture was scratched and beaten up. Place looks nice from outside but could use a major refresh on the inside."

10/10 Excellent

"Small cabin was very cute and and clean with kitchenette with some utensils, cups, dishes, stovetop, microwave, fridge. Oddly, it did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. Having a separate cabin, you don't have to hear neighbors as much as in a hotel. Roku on the TV, so you can log into your own streaming accounts rather than watching on your phone. One thing that would have been nice is a luggage rack or furniture that could accommodate open suitcases better. Plenty of parking."
