Loft Cottage on Ridge<br>? Short & Extended Stays?

This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This loft unit has a private entrance from the top of the stairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, and shared laundry room downstairs in the back of the home. Unit features vintage kitchen! Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The TV is a smart TV and has access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others.

**Please note, there is a $200 hold as a security deposit when booking is made from our CMDI LLC. This will not be charged and will be released a few days after checkout as long as no damages occur. Thank you!**

Excellent location!

Quick solo trip for a retirement luncheon. Arrived a little later than expected. Due to the great location I was able to find some quick late night food and a wonderful cup of coffee first thing in the morning without hassle. Accommodation were as listed and I loved the decor. I highly recommend this stay. I hope to be a return visitor for a little bit longer next time as this property and Pinhurst are lovely,

The cutest wee apartment in Southern Pines

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my week-long visit with my grandfather who lives in Penick Village. I could simply walk across the street! The apartment was tidy, funky and had all of the amenities - coffee, soap, laundry, tv, a/c. The residential neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe as a female traveling solo. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great little apartment, great location.

A delightful little loft apartment in a perfect location. It had everything required for a month long stay while working in the area. Megan was fantastic with her communication, including suggestions for places to eat, drink, and things to see and do in the area. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Southern Pines.
