Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, less than a 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Southern Pines, and 2 minute walk to Weymouth Woods Center for the Arts and Humanities. If you're visiting for a golf outing, our home is only a 10 minute drive to Pinehurst No. 2, and even closer to a handful of other courses. This house is in the perfect location for a quiet get-a-way, but only a quick trip to excellent restaurants, bars, golfing adventures, & nearby farms. Take a look for yourself!

The town is lovely and the house is very close to town and restaurants. We felt that the house needed a bit of work to bring it up to a certain standard of comfort and functionality.

Southern Pines Gem

Loved the charming house and the quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to shops and restaurants in downtime Southern Pines. Super clean with a fenced in back yard which was great for the dog. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay when visiting family at Penick!

We've stayed here several times. It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting family at Penick. We're able to walk up to visit and also stroll into town for dinner, music, entertainment, etc. This house is a gem! We'll be back.

Bachelor’s paradise

This property has plenty of room. We were only two people, and our dog, in this large home. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was within walking distance of food and shops. The host communicated in a timely manner and was able to accommodate our requests.

Visiting Family at Penick

We love this property and have stayed here twice to visit family at Penick. It is walkable to Penick and downtown, has off street parking and is clean and quiet. We will be back!

Our stay was perfect. The host let us know that he was available if needed and proactively checked in to make sure we were satisfied or needed anything. I would highly recommend this place. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops and is located near plenty of golf courses. A+

Lovely House

Comfy Cottage in The Middle of the Action

This home is close to all the Southern Pines area has to offer. Great restaurants, golf, horse shows, shopping, etc. The house is very comfortable and decorated in a very cute, homey style. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Our second stay here was as good as our first. Here's to a third in our future!

Great house, great location!

This house is just as described in the listing, great rooms and kitchen, really big master suite. We stayed in the winter, so didn’t spend much time outside. Communication with the host was super quick, he even let us extend our stay when we had a Thanksgiving emergency. One of the best locations in Southern Pines, walkable to everything downtown.
