"Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL. "

"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."
