Room was good but had a funky layout. Utilization of space was out of balance. A number of items needed some TLC. Overall it was functional. Reasonably safe area. Secure parking was limited so we needed to park in the street. Parking in Hamilton is a little tricky with varying systems and times of enforcement.
Staff at hotel were warm and friendly.
