"We stay there at least twice a year because it's the closest hotel to our granddaughter's house, and it has always been very clean, well-kept, and the breakfast has been good. The value has been fair enough, but it is a little on the expensive side. "

"House was clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Nice remodel, however, living area is rather small and small dining table that seats two. The beds in all rooms were extremely uncomfortable and no blanket on the small day bed and no other blankets in the house other than what was on the other two beds. No blinds on windows in kitchen and sheer curtains on windows in living area, providing little to no privacy considering the close proximity of neighbors. "

"Lovely home with lots of room to spread out. My husband had to work during our trip and there was a great office space separate from the bedrooms that let him work without disturbing the rest of the family.Beds were comfortable and home was well stocked. We were disappointed that the bedrooms did not have TVs. Kitchen was well stocked.My daughter enjoyed the pool but it was too cold for the adults. Neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely park nearby with walking trail. Easy drive to most things.We would absolutely stay here again."

"Our stay in Rita Ranch was the perfect spot for this trip. Our accommodations were just as seen in photos and even more delightful upon arrival. Our hosts could not have thought through any more special details, including small extras, to make our stay feel like "home". The kitchen was well stocked and beyond what I needed for vacation. The house was close to many parks, national and state, to keep us busy for 5 weeks. The highway up to the airport, downtown Tucson, Phoenix and Scottsdale was very helpful as we used it frequently. Simple town with simple restaurants and easy shopping just down the street with fast food options. Communication with the host was 5-star and almost always replied within the day...if not hour! The pool was beautiful as was the setting in the backyard, but due to cooler temps only went in up to my knees which was fine! Toward the end of our stay...we were tempted to see if we could extend for 2 more weeks! I highly recommend this house for short or extended stays. Enjoy!"
