"Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Einfach nur toll. Nicht überlaufen, am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Zum Bäcker 5 min, zum Badestrand mit Hund 20 min zu Fuß. Nicht extrem voll, also auch da entspannen angesagt! Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Fußwege, auch nicht nach Sassnitz. Durch den Autoverkehr und Fahrradfahrer manchmal nicht so einfach von A nach B zu kommen. Aber schön, wirklich sehr schön dort für Ruhe und Erholung."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Am Ende der Promenade, ruhig, Meerblick aus alles Zimmern, großzügiger Balkon mit 2 Strandkörben. Parkplatz, Fahrstuhl, alles top! Die Unterkunft selbst könnte etwas "staubfreier" sein. Regale, Ablagen insbesondere in den SZ schon längere Zeit nicht gewischt und im WZ waren noch diverse lange Haare, vielleicht hat hier der Staubsauger nicht alles aufgenommen. "In der Ferienwohnung hat es an fast nichts gefehlt. Alles war neu und modern eingerichtet, auch dass es einen Fahrstuhl gab war von Vorteil. Vom Comfort her war es top. Leider hatten wir eine der Wohnungen die vorne an der Straße liegen und dort war Dauerverkehr. Das Schlafzimmerfenster und Wohnzimmerfenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die seitliche Balkontür von wo aus man die Ostsee sehen konnte mussten wir aufgrund der Wärme allerdings öffnen, sonst wären wir erstickt aber es war an Lärm...

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
