"One of the worst hotel rooms I've EVER had in my life. Right next to a STAFF elevator that goes all day and all night. An air conditioner that would not stop at night and froze the room. When we turned the heat on in the morning, it ran for a minute or two and then kicked over to air conditioning again no matter what we did. I feel you guys should have paid us to stay in that room! SHAMEFUL. It was absolutely horrible. When we left and turned off the light on the right side of the bed spun where it was attached and nearly broke my finger. "The commons section of the hotel is great and comfortable, with the fireplace present. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shower could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great experience. There were good food options as well at this hotel. "
