Hotel Kilkenny

Hotel Kilkenny

"Hotel Kilkenny was very welcoming and lovely to stay in. The staff members were very helpful and provided tips on places to visit and activities. The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved having access to the pool and workout room."

Kilford Arms Hotel

Kilford Arms Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel with free parking. The room had been fully renovated. A minor point, but we found the need to access the property after hours through the pub to be strange and had difficulty locating the buzzer after the pub was closed. It felt the night porter could more easily provide access via the lobby (with a buzzer by the main entrance)."

Talbot Hotel Wexford

Talbot Hotel Wexford

8/10 Good
"Functional hotel in a central location. Room was nice with a good bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast was hit and miss, with the hot items not great - fried eggs were hard as bricks wither black around the yolks indicating that they were sitting there for a while. The dining room was like a morgue - dark furniture, walls, ceiling and art - and equally depressing. No hot food available between 21:15 and 23:00 on a Friday evening. Not sure if it is a stop off for travellers off the ferry, but obviously no consideration for that. Nice that a water fountain is available on the floor, but some signposting would be good."

Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely boutique hotel in walkable location to all the attractions. Enjoyed a delicious bowl of seafood chowder in the gorgeous bar. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast had a large buffet selection plus a hot breakfast cooked to order. Perfectly comfortable 1st night in Ireland after a long journey and jet lag."
