"Fast easy check in. Pool and hot tub drained. Construction in lobby. Room very small for all the furniture. Not enough space for 4 people. Walls in bad shape."

"Took a hot minute to figure out the room temp situation but then we got the room temp adjusted and were fine. Rooms need some updates but overall cleanliness ok. Staff friendly and restaurant lady i recognized still there from last oct which speaks volumes if staff stay. The only thing i didnt like was our 3 yr old cut herself (nothing to do with the hotel everything to do with being 3) and i couldnt get hold of anyone at front desk to inquire about first aid kit. But other than that...good...

"The room wasnt spotless clean but not bad overall the beds were very comfy. The heated swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast was lacking not alot of options to choose from only waffles, pancakes, cereal or yogurt and the juice machine was all watered down. I would probably stay again overall not a bad experience."

"The air conditioner didn’t work, the beds are small, not baby friendly rooms. Cords everywhere, and floors not clean under stuff, lots of dirt and cobwebs, babies find everything! And housekeeping knock as they are walking in, at 830 in the morning. To check for mattress toppers? Not cool! "
