The only rental accommodation at the Huts on the North side of the river.
Close to the townships of Southbridge & Leeston if you are attending events in the area.
A family bach with all the facilities you will need for a family weekend away for a bit of fishing or some peace and quiet.
Plenty of places to sit in the sun to enjoy a book. Walks in any direction.
If fishing is your thing then you have easy access to the Rakaia River.
Try for a Salmon, Trout or Whitebait (in season)
Not into fishing. No problem. Enjoy peace and quiet to do your own thing, walk, read, sit in the sun.

Bring the kids as plenty of entertainment. Great selection of board games, jigsaws, DVD's or playstation. No option of getting bored. Fully fenced.

Would recommend sturdy walking shoes for trips along the beach. It can be a long walk to the river mouth so easiest access option is four wheel motorbike.

Dogs OK (outside) as long as you tidy up!

Boat ramp is public facility at lagoon. 500 mts away

Very limited connectivity for internet and phone. There is as long as you stand in the right spot.
Special conditions:

Plenty of blankets for extra warmth if required.
Plenty of firewood supplied for fire.
Kitchen consumables supplied (Tea, coffee, sugar), some basic pantry items plus cleaning products.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
