The Space:
Situated on a beautiful corner lot in a nice South Yarmouth neighborhood, this lovely single floor home has all of the features you need to have an amazing Cape Cod vacation! You will not only be within walking distance to all area amenities, including food, groceries, and a bowling alley, but you will be just a three minute walk (0.1 mile) from a private association beach area on Long Pond - perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports (2 Kayaks provided, please return to home after use). Other nearby beaches include Windmill Beach (0.8 mile), Bass River Beach (1.7 miles), Seaview Beach (2 miles), and West Dennis Beach (3 miles). Enter the home to find an open and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with gleaming hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchair seating under a large flatscreen smart TV, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, and six seat dining set, and a stacked washer/dryer. The home sleeps six guests total in three separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite full bathroom, another with a queen bed, and the third with two twin beds, all of which include their own mounted flat screen TV. There is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Please note the queen bedroom is a passthrough from the living room to the king bedroom.

The backyard space is a highlight of the property, featuring a large yard, fire pit, outdoor shower, and stone patio area with a six seat outdoor dining set. There is plenty of space to run around with the kids (and dog), play yard games, practice your dribble with a new basketball hoop, and enjoy meals together privately under the shade of the patio umbrella. A propane grill is available for guest use with full propane tanks supplied, so fire up the grill and enjoy a nice summer BBQ out back with the family! Other amenities include window A/C units in the bedrooms, a smart lock for self check-in and easy access throughout your stay, and sheets and bath towels will be provided to all guests with beds made upon arrival. A great location plus all the amenities you could ask for!

Cape Cod Stay

Nice place. The house was clean and very well organized in the kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a nice pond right down the street. We enjoyed our stay there, and so did our pup with a good sized fenced in yard.

Cozy home

This home was the perfect weekend getaway located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. It was clean and cozy with a stocked kitchen for cooking at home. I would stay again.

Great location and fenced in yard is amazing. Cozy and a few quirks, but it got the job done. We noted the pass-through bedroom mentioned in the listing and were OK with it. Just be sure it works for you.

Great location and property

Stayed with my family and it was a great time. Close to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard was great for the dog and privacy. House came included with essentials and was a comfortable stay.

The outside of the property was unkept. The master bedroom was connected to the other bedroom and not separate. Had to walk outside to the kitchen.

Not a five star experience

The location and the fenced-in backyard were great. But the yard itself, including the outdoor furniture, were messy. We had to clean up to be able to be outside. The cover for the grill was dirty, ripped. Inside same story. One toilet leaked, wallpaper in bathrooms was old, peeling off. The countertops and living room table were sticky. Had to get Windex to clean before using it. A laundry list of things that didn't work or were broken. We booked the house as we were celebrating our 20-year anniversary and our first vacation in this country was at the Cape. Therefore we were even more disappointed about the overall condition of the place. The frontdesk team was very responsive and offered to bring in maintenance. But we wanted to enjoy our time off and therefore made it work.
