Beautiful pond side home

House was just as it looked in pictures. Great yard and hot tub. Close to all the cape has to offer. Will stay again !

Great Family Vacaction

Beautiful House and Location

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was furnished with all necessity and was very comfortable. The location was perfect too. Within 10 minutes to great restaurants and beaches. Fantastic vacation.

Great couples getaway

Wanted to escape mid-week with my boyfriend. The house was a perfect spot. The waterfront view was so pretty and the private hot tub in the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Close to plenty of shops and things to do but still quiet and peaceful. Host was responsive, and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for future getaways.

Exceeded our expectations

Superior VRBO experience — immaculate, terrific amenities, and truly lovely views of one of Yarmouth’s several inland waters (we saw swans every day!) And despite our off-season booking, we had no shortage of things to do or see within easy walking and driving distance - highly recommend !

Lakefront Getaway

Great Stay!

My family had a great time! We’ve stayed at plenty of other VRBO properties and found this one to be the cleanest and most as described. Aruna was an excellent host providing us with recommended things to do and great restaurants. The property provided much for the kids to do ( fishing, kayaks, hot tub) when we didn’t have the best weather. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Cottage stay in July

Great little place on the lake in Yarmouth with lots to do if you like lake activities. Nicely updated house and hosts were great with all communication. Would love to go back someday! Rick

Perfect getaway

The house was beautifully appointed. The hot tub and kayaks were a hit with the kids. The recommendations from the hosts were very helpful as we were new to the area. And it was nice to go to a house rental and have basics like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc available.

A wonderful stay

We stayed at the house for 2 nights and it was amazing! Aruna was an incredible host and had great communication. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect too. After going out for the day we came back and relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be returning in the coming years.

Perfectly peaceful

What a gem, this house was perfect, plently of room, unique, the views of the water were gorgeous. Kayaks and SUP are a great way to check out the lake. All the amenities were wonderful and the owners are very attentive to ensure a great stay. Would love to go back!

Cozy, clean, warm and comfortable

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and our doodle. The home was spotless from top to bottom but had warm personal touches that made it feel very hospitable. Aruna is a lovely host and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

home away from home

our family of 6 enjoyed a 4 night stay on the lake. The kids spent all their time fishing, turtle hunting & kayaking. At the end of the day the hot tub was a relaxing treat. We hope to make the Cape a family tradition for years to come. Thanks for the stay!

Family vacation

The house was as advertised. Great to have access to the pond for fishing, paddling and swimming for little ones. Very convenient to beaches, restaurants, attractions, and groceries. Check in was easy and Aruna was very communicative. Outdoor shower and hot tub were really nice added features. Would definitely recommend!

Great spring break

This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience though, and we would recommend this house to anyone needing a getaway!

Sister Trip

My sisters and I enjoyed the week we spent together. Then to top it off my son and grandson from Oregon surprised me with a visit along with my other son and my daughter in law! My 80th birthday is coming up and they came for an afternoon and they provided a lovely dinner! Wow!

Perfect escape!

Lovely quiet neighborhood close to beaches and all the local attractions, but then with a lake on your back doorstep. Easy parking and a stop and shop grocery store around the corner. Extremely attentive host. Beautifully clean and welcoming. Even had a little ambient music going to add to the welcoming ambience. Large kitchen island for easy meal prep. Would love to come back. Felt right at home away from home.

Fun for everybody

This property is in a great location - on a quiet lake, 7 minutes from the beach, next to a grocery store, 10 minutes from a water park, near ice cream, etc… We stayed a week with 2 kids (1 and 6), 3 adults and a small dog. The property is great and the check in / check out process was super easy. The manager, Aruna, was always available for questions and was super helpful. Kayaking and paddle boarding? - check! Beach and ice cream? - check! Outside fire area for smores after dark? - check! Hot tub to relax after the kids are asleep?- check!! We had a wonderful time and will surely be back. Thank you!!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely a wonderful trip. Property is right on the pond. The house is decorated Loved the gas fireplace, hot tub and spa like shower. We didn't get a chance to use the stand up paddle boards nor the kayaks but looking forward to that next time. The house was really clean and welcoming. All the little thoughtful touches. Like chocolates in every bedroom, a complementary bottle of wine, milkbones for our fur babies. Highchair and pack and play. It was a great time!

Great Cape House

We loved this house. Right from the walk in, clean, spacious, modern. Had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard on Long Pond with kayaks and paddle boards, which we loved and used every day. My sons fished off the dock. We grilled out a few nights and made s’mores on the gas fire pit. Good size yard and a full deck for dining. It had everything we needed. We brought our dog and it was a nice neighborhood to walk through and he enjoyed swimming in the pond. Hoping we’ll be back next summer.
