    The property offers many amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Gather with your loved ones in the spacious living room with 30-foot ceilings, cook in the fully stocked chef's kitchen or head into the expansive yard for a lively game of badminton or whiffle ball. In the evenings you can kick back on the patio or stroll around our beautiful neighborhood lined with Hydrangea-accented homes...it's just a short walk to Parker's River Beach.

The best Cape Cod has to offer!

A fantastic place for our Cape Cod trip. Josh is awesome host and house is spectacular. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, relax and play. Location is great - we loved being able to walk to both the beach and the Skipper. Super close. House was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend Josh's home if you're planning a trip to the Cape! Already talking about a trip back next year.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked for 16 people. The beds are quite comfortable; there is cable TV and plenty of other sport and game activities. It is blocks from the beach and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

The house and location are great! We enjoyed walking to the local beach and the central location made it easy to explore many other places on the cape. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels ans comfy beds. We loved having the use of sand chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! Thanks for sharing your wonderful welcoming home.
