The living room comes with a fireplace, an updated kitchen and the dining area with sliders to the deck which overlooks the beautiful, private and peaceful backyard. Full length bocce court! There are also ceiling fans, and extra front to back family room, outdoor shower! Bike path runs in front of house, golf, fresh water fishing, salt water fishing, many local shop restaurants & beach all within a few minutes drive. Smugglers Beach 4 minute drive.(2.1 miles)
