"Great room, very spacious. Excellent location, walkable to all tourist sites and places to eat. Pool was nice but chlorine level was very high on the day we used it and left us feeling lightheaded."

"Fabulous hotel and amenities. Spa facilities only available free to hotel guests 8-10am and 7-9pm, outside these times it’s £70 per person, which seems excessive, especially with room rates so high. A simple booking system would allow the spa to prevent overcrowding, without the high fees."

"Initially some issues with the room where we raised it with the front desk and was moved promptly to another one. Spa and Pool in need of renovation, the outdoor is also in need of some love. Bar staff extremely slow outside, to the point it was quicker to go inside and order rather than waiting. Really good location, and the hotel could do so much better with some a bit more care and attention to the property and service. Will be back and hopefully it'll be improved!"
