"The room was very clean and it was nice to park in front of our room and had a nice picnic table to sit at, the restaurant was nice and the food and staff were really good. It was only a 1 night stopover but we would definitely stay again. "

"I called to advise them of late arrival and they helped make arrangements to check-in after hours. There is a great view of the mountains from the parking area, and it is walking distance to cafes. Furnishings were stylish and modern and looked recently updated. Its goregeous inside. Linens were soft, nice pillows. They definitely seem to be trying to give you a touch of a premium at a budget price. I definately felt like a great bargain and was a pleasant surprise."

"Stunning views from a really nice motel. Very short drive or small walk to the Mount Cook hiking trails. Only downside was the "full kitchen" could do with a few things like cooking oil, spices and herbs, that people aren't likely to bring."

"The room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The kitchenette was suitable for cooking and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The views from the rear verandah of the snow capped mountains were awesome."

"Hotel is in the perfect location. Highly suggest stopping at the market for food because options are very limited. Also note the rooms don’t have refrigerators but there are several large ones in the common area. "

"This place exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would be more like a lodge or motel, but it turned out to be beautifully luxurious and incredibly cozy. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spacious and well-appointed. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight downside is that the view isn’t particularly impressive, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommended! 🌟"

"This was such a great motel slightly off the main town center of Fox Glacier but along the way to the popular Lake Matheson! The only downside I would list is that there was only one small panel heater in the room which was not sufficient to heat up the entire room. However, the beds had electric blankets and the bathroom had a heater so it was not a major issue."
