This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend

The receptionist doesn’t seems to know what customer service is , I feel uneasy during check in . Not the smoothest experience but a good apartment

Able to check-in an hour early, no fuss and very quick.
Room on the 5th Floor was amazing, lovely coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker and air con which was very welcome. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Will definitely be going back as location was ideal.
