"From the airport in Dangriga to the island we were greeted with a warm welcome and plenty of attention was provided to us. The rooms were clean and comfortable,
pillows and linen were fantastic. We had appetizers brought to our door and resort was beautiful. The island offered spectacular views and comfy chairs to just relax. Also there was plenty of recreational toys available to keep us busy. This resort offered great accommodations for boaters also. Our family joined us during their...

"A Hidden Gem in Hopkins — Parrot Cove Lodge is Paradise!
Parrot Cove Lodge completely exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning sunrises, warm ocean breezes, and a laid-back vibe that captures the heart of Belize.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and just steps from the sea. The staff? Absolutely incredible — friendly, helpful, and full of local tips that made our trip even better. Special shout out to Yoli, Leticia and Micah, who ensured our every need was met.
Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore nearby jungles and waterfalls, or dive into local culture, Parrot Cove is the perfect home base.
Highly recommend — we’re already dreaming of coming back! 🇧🇿💙"
"The best of both worlds!
This property is stunning, and it really offered the best of both worlds. We were able to experience resort-style amenities and service, while enjoying the space of an AirBnB. Our suite was huge and gave us ample room to enjoy ourselves. It was nice to be able to cook some meals in the suite, although they could definitely stand to upgrade their kitchenware.
The pool is huge, and we really enjoyed the swim-up bar. The restaurant sits right on the water, and we were really impressed with the food there. The service is top-notch from the bar to the housekeeping staff.
*A note about the location: Placencia is a lot bigger than I realized. This property is in an area that is mostly just resorts and a handful of restaurants. A little further South is Maya Beach, which is quite nice. If you want to actually visit Placencia Village, it's a good 20-30 minute drive. So this is the perfect location for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. But if you want to be in the heart of Placencia, go further South. "
