Not in the downtown area but close to downtown Saugatuck and also close to Holland. Overall great place."

"This is an amazing property to stay in. Loved the close proximity to Saugatuck and Douglas, yet just on the outskirts of town to enjoy the peace and quiet as well! Also well appointed if you are traveling with children and/or infants. The only drawback was that we were told there was a two car maximum per HOA guidelines. Eight of us jammed into two vehicles (including a 1 and 3 yr old so two car seats)with all of our things for an extended weekend. When we got there nearly every cabin had 3 vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a very nice destination to visit. Would have been a bit easier getting everyone where they wanted Togo if we would have had 3 cars."
