"This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!"
