"The hotel is in a great location, no doubt about it. This was my second stay here. The entrance was pretty dirty, but once you get inside, the property is nice. Check-in was slow, and the staff didn’t seem to be in the best mood. They came across as a little rude. However, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also very easy to get to the River Walk from the hotel. One thing to keep in mind is the valet parking. At $60 per night, I found it to be very expensive, especially since there’s parking available directly across the street for only $24. Overall, despite the check-in experience, I would consider staying here again because of the convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, and easy access to the River Walk."

"Great staff. Room was okay for an unplanned overnight stay. I’ve paid a lot more money for a crappy room and this one was decent for the price. It will definitely be our to go place incase we are caught in another last minute overnight stay. Another perk is that you can literally walk to a lot of places, great location."

"Very nice facility outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean and large, the staff were friendly. Plenty of free parking. There were numerous restaurants and bars. The pool was amazing, there were not very many people as we were there during the week but heard it can get quite crazy on the weekends. The only negative comment I had was there was construction going on for 1/2 of the hotel - refacing I believe and when we go there were told that there would be construction noise between 8-5 every day, and no water available in our room the first day after 8:30. It would have been nice to know that before we got there."
