"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame.
There was no comfortable seating.
The bed was old very soft.
We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed.
The floors were in terrible condition.
The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty

"Sunrise over the ocean and it’s right out your door to a patio and the beach. It’s a newly remodeled space it’s nicely furnished functional studio. We would definitely stay again . "
"Most of the staff was not friendly. Although I paid in advance, I didn't know that I had to pay parking $10 for each day there. Also there was a leak in the ceiling due to rain...
I won't go into ither small things, there is no point. You get what you pay for, in this case."
"This place is Gorgeous! Cozy and super clean! I tell you this is the perfect location right off the beach. Loved the huge patio. It would be nice if there was a way to block the side hallway from allowing public beach goers from coming in and out from the private patio. "
"We attended the VATAT conference at the ABC Center. Your place was the perfect location; very clean; and very cool! We hope to stay there again next year for our conference. "
