"When we got there, the young man who assisted us with check-in did only what he needed to do. He didn't go over all the amenities available, just handed us a piece of paper that had info on it. Maybe I expect too much. We stayed on level two and not in the condo. I didn't realize we would have to take stairs, we are old people with old injuries; but we did amazing with that. Haha the room was a very good size for the 2 of us. The bathroom was great. We lived the shower size. The bed and pillows were great. I meant to look at the brand of pillows, loved them. It was great to have a frig to put my insulin. I wish it was a little cooler though. Now for the carpet - eewwww! They should probably make it all tile floor. I'm glad I didn't have my ultra violet light to see what all would be on it. I'm sure spring break added to it. It felt moist, it looked filthy with stains even though it was a VERY dark carpet, and the feel on my bare feet. Vomit! Had to make sure I put shoes on getting out of bed. The view from our balcony was ok. We could see some of the pool and a little bit of the beach. The pools were great and the beach was clean. It was very windy and I think that's what kept the water stirred up, I was looking forward to see blue water. We would go back but now I know where I would want my room. But I think I'll leave the ultra violet light home again."
