"Great location to access the Riverwalk. Staff were friendly and room was clean and quiet. Few things pool was very cloudy and smelled like fish which was disappointing, ice machine was broken on our floor. Overall had a good time. "

"Elizabeth checked us in at front desk. We were a bit early, she made sure we were comfortable while we waited, was very professional and made us feel at home. The hotel room was spacious & clean. The staff were all friendly. My one issue was that only one elevator worked & served the entire hotel, including for staffing. Long waits for those who couldn’t opt for the stairs like myself."
