"This historic Hotel is right on the Riverwalk, accessible by a side door that also leads to the hotel restaurant. We were gifted with free drinks and also, because it is our anniversary, the hotel staff delivered a bottle of Brute Champagne snd chocolate covered strawberries!! The staff is helpful, friendly snd polite. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and convenience."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. This was the 3rd we stayed at this hotel. One thing i didn’t appreciate was when i was in line getting breakfast with my service dog when one of the staff went straight to me telling me in-front of the other guests that pets are not allowed instead of asking if she’s a SERVICE DOG & for what purpose. That is the legal way to ask. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"The staff was very nice and housekeeping does a very great job on cleanliness , only the parking was an issue. But you can park at a lot that is on broadway st between 3rd and 4th street that only charged me $40 for 2 full days But the hotel is wonderful. I will be back on Christmas Eve for a 2 day stay. Also the hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the Attractions."
