The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself smells incredible, which adds to the overall fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms offer great views, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is also fantastic, especially the outdoor dining area, which is absolutely beautiful. Francisco, the waiter, always provides great service and truly enhances the dining experience. Overall, an amazing stay every time—I highly recommend it!"

"We stayed in the junior suite. The room was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The balcony overlooked the river and it was fabulous to sit on in the day and night. You can see the riverwalk from the balcony all lit up at night. The valet parking was so convenient. You could come and go as much as you wanted for one fee and they had your car ready within minutes of you asking. We walked everywhere and only needed the car for farther trips. If I return to San Antonio I will definitely stay here again and request the same room. We didn’t swim in the pool because we didn’t have time but it looked nice and clean. "

"The stay was ok self parking is 30$ a day. The pool said heated but was still cold. The hot tub was great. The room we stayed in was ok updating them would be great."
