I was in a room that continued to drip from upstairs, I was not offered another room even though this had been going on for two days. My bathroom floor was soaked. I sat for almost two hours to get checked in after I had already paid online. I sat there watching her take walk-ins and a couple that made reservations from their car. Because he had come in and the price that she quoted was different from what he had seen online. So, he went out to the car and made his reservation. She reserved rooms for 3 different rooms while I sat in the lobby waiting. I would not send anyone there for rest and a clean room."
