"Nice lobby. Rooms not well cleaned. The floor panels were out of place. Visible dirt and crumbs in the corner. Bed sheets not well cleaned. Bathroom and towels were properly clean. Breakfast was extremely basic, which is disappointing compared to other Tru hotels we stayed at. Did not even have salt/pepper. Breakfast and room cleaning need attention."
