SPI condo at Edgewater
The property and location were great. It was nice for our family of 5. A few beach toys and chairs were available to use, although the chairs were not sturdy. Check in/out was easy. Pool was heated and warm!
Overall we would stay here again.

Great condo, very relaxing, beachy vibe
Loved my stay, very relaxing. Condo is roomy, well decorated and relaxing, and is very beachy. All the amenities on-site were nice and easy beach access, easy clean up with the on site shower sand removal station. Very secure complex, gated access only which was very nice. There were not any shampoos or conditioners, only small bar body and face soap. Will definitely book this condo again in the future

Great Beachfront Getaway
Very well maintained and updated ocean view condo! Very clean. Kitchen offered everything we needed. In unit washer/dryer in nearly new condition. Beautiful balcony with amazing ocean sunrise views. Building has great amenities: secure parking, very well kept pool and hot tub, excellent beach position. Easy walk to many island restaurants, and quick access to the shuttle. SPI Rentals were super friendly and helpful. Relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This beautiful beach rental checks all of the boxes, beautiful 5th floor beach view, hot tub, heated pool, easy beach access lined with rubber mats, sand rinse station, gated access for safety.
The decor in the condo makes you feel right at home and on the beach, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 full bathrooms, all the necessary cooking utensils and drinkware.
Yes you will be seeing us again, 503 Edgewater.

Great place
We stayed here 3 nights on the last leg of our trip.the place was very spacious and had amazing views of the ocean. I'm very picky about places being clean and up to date. This place did not disappoint. Double vanity in master bath was nice and beautiful tiled showers in both. Flooring looked new as well as cabinets. Washer/dryer was a definite plus especially with the detergent that was free and clear. Got almost all our laundry from our 10 day trip done before going home.

Great condo!
This is a great condo and I really like the complex itself. It's a little smaller than a lot of them in Padre Island and I like that about it. It is very well kept on the grounds and the condo itself has everything we needed. It's very updated and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Liked that it had a washer and dryer as well. This condo is in a perfect location and has a great view of the beach. My only complaint would be the living room furniture is not as comfortable as I would like. ….But we weren't in there very much anyway.Love this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
The property was super nice and clearly updated recently. The kitchen was well equipped but was missing some items that would have been nice to have, ie full set of knives, flatware, glasses, etc... The usual missing items of rental properties. The beds were very nice though and well above the norm for padre. Great location an and no stairs to the beach which was awesome! We decided to try it for the first time this year and got the beach toys packages from SPI and it was well worth it. Great gear in excellent condition and the cart was great that came with it too. Delivered to the room before we got there already packed so it was instant setup for the beach! Didn't have to take up space in the car for the trip and was worth every penny! Definitely will be repeating this stay next year!

Great condo on the water
Nicely situated on the top floor for a smaller condo unit. Grounds were very nicely kept with pretty flowering bushes. Enjoyed the luggage carts for taking items from vehicle to room.
Room had everything we needed. All switches are clearly identified. Supplies enough for our stay. If we stayed longer term, the wine cooler would be nice to use. The views were spectacular of the gulf and beach.
There is a path out to the beach, but it was flooded from the marsh. A call to property management and it was taken care of the next day. We opened the bedroom window to hear the sound of the water and beach. The sash came crashing down and would not close, but property management again had someone out there quickly to close it.
The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. And had all the appliances and kitchen utilities we needed.
The outside deck has several chairs and table for relaxing and enjoying the gulf views. Very nice watching the sun rise and moon rising in the evening.
Parking was in a secured parking lot. Not that this was required, just a nice added benefit.
We really enjoyed this condo and being a smaller unit with less people. The property management was always there for us when we needed them. Would recommend to anyone and would enjoy this condo for a longer stay.

Edgewater condo 503. Best condo we ever stayed at. Was so clean and beautiful view. Loved the decorations and warm colors. Amazing, clean pool. My only wish was for a recliner in the living room. The living room chairs weren't comfortable and pillows kept sliding out. Elevator quit for a day, but grateful I wasn't in it when it happened. Had to take the stairs to go to the beach that day with all my stuff from 5th floor. We will be back at that same condo next time.

Wonderful Condo
This condo is amazing from the view, to the space, the kitchen...just everything. We had such a great time staying here. The facilities were perfect. The pool was clean, hot tub was great at night. Walk way to the beach was right outside the pool area. Quiet building with really nice people. Check in and check out was super easy, wifi worked. No issues here. We would definitely stay here again.

Review of Edgewater
The elevator didn't work in the building for all but 2 days which was very inconvenient when carry luggage and groceries up to the 5th floor. The door locks were changed and we didn't know when we left and had to find the grounds crew to let us in until we got the new code about 2 hours later. Then the codes for the doors and gate were different. Some still had the old code and some had the new code.
