Casa #1 overlooks the pool and it has a well equipped spacious kitchen. The dining table sits eight, the living area is also very spacious. Master suite has a king size bed, a 40โ HDTV with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 4 twin beds and a private full bath.
The pool / garden are common areas. Most families prefer to use the pool privately, so guests in Unit #1 and Unit #2 typically take turns using the pool while the other family goes to the beach.

This was a great place to stay and really close to the beach. Our favorite place to get drinks and food was at Wanna Wanna Inn. I am happy to have spent the money on this property and make lifetime memories with my family.
Great property that is walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room to enjoy your vacation and hang out with friends. The house had everything needed to accommodate you for your stay. The owners were very responsive and friendly.
This was booked last minute and I'm so glad it all worked out for my family and I. We hadn't been on a vacation in two years and I really needed to check out, mentally and relax with my family. This place was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was within walking distance and the pool was clean, the covid guidelines were great. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Pool area had everything needed. The house itself is big and wonderful and had everything needed. Thanks for allowing to have a wonderful time and not worry about anything.
We absolutely loved our stay here during our SPI trip! The house was so clean and spacious and all the extra details really made it special. My young daughter loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the patio. The walk to the beach was a few minutes and the beach access point is very close. We are hoping to make a yearly trip to SPI and hope to rebook this property!

It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very well ! Everything was clean. The only problem was when both bathroom were being used we wonโt get hot water.
The location of the property was great! Only a block and a half from the beach, close to a small market store, and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Though we liked the house, pool, and amenities the photos need to be updated as there were changes we didnโt expect. All in all though we enjoyed our stay!
House was clean. Manager was always quick to respond to messages. Check in and out were very quick and easy. House comes with everything you need. Especially liked the patio with a swimming pool and gas grill. Very short walk to the beach. AC works great. I plan on visiting again and staying here. ๐๐
This rental property was great for a quick family getaway! I loved the fact there were two bunk/pullout style beds for my boys. Property was nicely cleaned and disinfected literally as we were arriving. The beach is on the corner of the block of the property as well as a convenient store on the corner closer to the property. The only issue we had was with the code to the door but it was resolved very quickly with a phone call.
