Spacious and close to the beach
Very comfortable spacious house close to the beach. 3 large families were able to stay there comfortably; the kids LOVED the pool. It is a short walk to the beach and close to all the good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Family Trip
Our extended family of 16 spent 4 nights here. Everything was great! Plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great addition and the beach is a short walk away with a public parking lot available too. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house very close to the beach, we highly recommend!
This was such a fun house to stay at with a big group. There were 12 of us, 6 adults and 6 kids. The 4 master bedrooms upstairs with attached bathrooms were so nice! And we just about lived in the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living room.
Be prepared for very basic amenities. There were limited towels and none for the pool. Some aspects feel much more like a hotel than a house bc of the limited amenities, but if you are looking for a spacious house very close to the beach, we highly recommend!

Perfect for large groups
The house is perfect for large groups. We had four couples and each of us had our own king bed and private bath with extra rooms should we have had more people. Decorated with the perfectly themed beach decor and fully stocked kitchen. The only minor complaint I have is that the tile floors weren't as clean as they could be at check in. We could have used an extra mop to keep them clean daily from trips to the beach etc. pool and hot tub were perfect. When we needed help heating the hot tub, SPI was responsive and had someone there within 30+ minutes!

Great Spring Break Destination
Stayed here for Spring Break and wow was the property amazing! We were able to fit 18 people without having to squeeze much at all. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and we had so much fun! I only wish we could have stayed longer. The management were also lovely, as they made it so easy for us to rent this property. They also were very sweet, as they had security warn us to turn music down at night instead of just getting us in trouble. This rental is a perfect place for college kids, as long as you know how to take care of a house and not trash things! There were a couple of random things like some of the little blue tiles around the pool falling off, and there was not enough laundry or dishwasher detergent, but other than that the place was perfect.

The home was clean, rooms were large, plenty of room for our family vacation. Kids enjoyed the beach (which was just down the street), when they weren't at the beach they were in the pool. The views off of each balcony was great. Would definitely recommend this home.
