1 vehicle Parking pass provided at check in (includes golf carts or any other recreational vehicles)
No Pets of any Kind
no trailer parking (per HOA.) Please reach out to Sea Ranch Marina and Jim's pier for trailer parking
25 years + for all guests unless parents with their minor children during March Spring Break Vacations and Semana Santa cash damage deposit will be required $600
Stay on the bay at La Solana 103! This elegantly decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
condominium is perfect for friends, family, or a romantic getaway for two! The condo features a spacious living room, equipped with comfortable sofa and loveseat surrounding a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides ample counter space for preparing delicious vacation meals.
You and your guests will have the choice between the master bedroom and a guestroom with double queens. The master bedroom features a King size bed, TV and an attached private bathroom.
The private bath has a walk-in shower and entails
an oversize vanity mirror. The second bedroom features two Queen size bed, and TV.
The condo also features cable/internet/WiFi and a washer and dryer for guest use.
Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the bayside patio, drifting in the sparkling
swimming pool, or fishing from the private community pier!
La Solana Complex has two as-available guest boat slips* (first come first served basis) that can accommodate small fishing boats or jet skis. A reserved boat slip* may be rented for an additional fee. *Boat slips accommodates shallow water boats only (approximately 8 ft. wide x 18-20 ft long).
Bumpers recommended.* They not built to support larger boats than specified. We recommend reaching out to local and near by marina services.
