"100% Beachfront" 100% Remodeled. Enjoy your stay with astonishing views of the beach and sunrise from your private balcony in South Padre Island, Texas. This non-smoking one King bedroom, 1 bath with a full/twin bunk bed alcove condo was beautifully renovated January 2017 with a new fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, and updated furniture. Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom. The large furnished balcony is a great place to enjoy the ocean in a more private setting. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #3499048, 3559240, 3643752, and 7681790. If this one is booked try our other four. NO SPRING BREAKERS

This 1 bedroom with an alcove condo is 750sqft: sleeps 2-5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a Full/Twin bunk bed alcove. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot, microwave, Wi-Fi, 3 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. This is a second floor condo with no elevator.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Great place to enjoy the beach

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic with the balcony overlooking the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for some quality time on the beach at SPI.

Great Getaway!

My husband and I try to sneak away after the holidays for a few days. Our main criteria is always that we stay with a beach view. Our time at South Padre was amazing thanks for the location of our condo. We walked to the turtle sanctuary one day and then visited the bird sanctuary the next. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance, too! Great location and great lodging.

Everything was awesome, except the dehumidifier was SO loud in the bedroom. That was the only problem. Bed was super comfy. View was amazing. Easy beach access. Really clean.

It was a great stay. Furnishings were great. Floor plan was perfect for our family. View from the balcony was beautiful. Our only critique is that paper towels were not provided in the kitchen.

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach!

This was the perfect beach getaway for my family. Everything was just as advertised, and even more than we expected. The kids loved the fire work shows and oceanviews. We were sad to go, and will definitely be planning a trip back! Thank you so much! We made so many wonderdul memories.

We rented this condo for my husband’s birthday. Everything was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. Friday and Saturday night there we had a front row view to the fireworks that were set off from the pier at Clayton’s. Place was great. We will stay again soon.

Perfect little condo!

This is our second time staying in one of their condos! They have put so much effort into making sure everything is in place for your stay! Condos are clean and beautifully decorated! Plus room for our 4 legged child!! Check in and out is is simple! We will be staying in one of their condos again on our next trip!

South Padre Island Tiki Condos

This is our second stay at this property in two years. The owners communicate well and are responsive to any needs. The condo is nicely renovated with all the furnishings, dishes, cooking equipment and space necessary. The balcony faces due east over the Gulf of Mexico for sunrises and the condo is steps from the beach, restaurants and bars

Fantastic!

If you want to stay next to the beach, walk for food and drink and have one of the absolute nicest condos, then here you go! We had a GREAT time. The condo itself was better than mentioned. We have already mentioned to friends where to go for thier next SPI, adventure. This was our first time to the island and our stay at the condo made it GREAT! THANK YOU for all the attention to detail! We look forward to staying again.

Excellent view, excellent property, excellent host, mostly excellent weather, not crowded, one week (mid November)was not enough. Next to Bar Louie’s, Clayton’s and Barry’s. Many restaurants closed for season. Open ones were hit or miss. F&Bs bland, Senor Donkeys excellent food and happy staff.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Great place ocean views and when you close the doors you cant hear anything from outside which was amazing. Large balcony with plenty of seating. AC blows cold and humidifiers inside did a great job keeping it nice and comfortable. From door to beach/water it is less than a 3 minute walk. Located towards the end of the island so you don't have to worry about the hustle and bustle of the night life but only a few minutes away so location is PERFECT. We are talking about making this a yearly trip and to stay in this condo if available. Thanks for making our stay amazing.

Great view -wonderful place just watch out for college breakers schedule

Awesome view- drinking coffee and watching sunrise over the Gulf. You are 50 yards from the beach.great host - allowed us to use their in- condo washer & dryer. Very clean. ( though the ‘pine sol like’ odor took a couple of days to air out of the condo). Great security - never a concern for safety while in the complex. Our 2 week stay overlapped with 2 says of college breakers on the beach - not great to have a thousand kids milling around the beach at the two bars adjacent to the property. The City did an amazing job cleaning the beach overnight. One very minor annoyance at the condo - the sponge and the disposable wash cloth were cut in half so they were quite mini in size.
