Disliked: Communication
Good place to stay and very spacious. However, the host sent the check-in instructions 10 minutes before check-in time, which made me feel uneasy. I had to reach out twice regarding the instructions before receiving a response, as my first message went unanswered. After I followed up, the host responded and assured me I would receive the instructions before check-in, which I did. When we arrived, we were only given two parking spots, and an A/C service truck was parked in the middle of both of them. The workers were also inside the condo when we arrived, which had not been communicated to us beforehand. Communication was practically nonexistent during our stay, as we did not receive any responses to any of our messages. The only response ever received was about the check in instructions (and like I previously mentioned, it took a good while).
