This unit just went through a complete renovation and is absolutely gorgeous. All new appliances, new furniture and completely updated. These units are spacious and just a short walk up the block to the beach. Conveniently located in a prime area of the island by Cafe Karma, Stripes with Laredo Tacos, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and close to other shops and fun. This unit has every amenity you need to make your beach stay at the island a perfect one. Huge open courtyard with BBQ pits, a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a 3rd floor walk up. VRBO does not collect State and City Taxes so will collect at our office. Credit card or exact cash. NO ONE UNDER 25 YRS CAN RENT THIS UNIT! SPI PERMIT #2015--628898 we have no elevators at this property.

The condo was very clean and neat,manager was easy to communicate with and welcoming.Its close to beach and enjoyed our stay here for out 3nights,will definately be back next year.
My family enjoyed our time visiting Spith Padre. The size and layout of the unit was nice. There were a lot of HOA rules and regulations associated with the condo, which was a little inconvenient, but overall, it was a good stay.
Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is a very short walk to the beach and Wanna Wanna (serves great ceviche and fried foods). The pool is clean and the unit's pics are accurate. Will definitely stay here again.
I love this place. I have stayed in several units in this location before and have loved every single room. Frank is great. The living room TV wasn't working, I called him up to let him know, and he took care of it. Great host. The beach, coffee shop, gas station, and a bar all walking distance. Love it. Highly recommend.

its was a overall good place to stay , but there were some things thats were still dirty and the máster shower was not fully cleaned. some of the bed sheets had stains on them and the dish disposal was not working properly, there was not much amenities . but overall it was a good stay.

The property was in an amazing location and in a QUIET area. We had an amazing day lounging by the pool and with a quick walk we were relaxing on the beach. I’d love to stay here again.
It is a beautiful condo with lots of room, everything was clean and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Very nicely done. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful & fun! The pool & common area is beautiful. Easy beach access & close to restaurants & shopping. Only reccomendation I would have is to have body wash, coniditioner & lotion in the bathrooms. It was just a ton of shampoo. Small small detail. Overrall amazing!
Condo was clean and spacious. Check in was super easy and convenient. Frank was very attentive. Short walk to the beach and coffee shop, market and restaurants all walkable.
We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. Extra plus that we're a block away from the beach.
Frank was quick on his feet at responding. The property was clean, beautiful, family friendly and accessible to the beach. We give it a Plus. Our kids said they don't want to go on a cruise next year-they want to come back to this exact same condo. Thanks again Mr. Frank for your kindness.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It was very clean, so cute & cozy, a lot bigger than I thought it was! My kids enjoyed the space we had. And Mr Frank was such a great help in anything we needed.
