Gorgeous views of the Gulf and facing miles of clean sand beach and blue waters, our unit is located in building IV of the highly acclaimed Saida Resort at the water’s edge without a street to cross. Our beach home is on the 4th floor with a great location in the building for the best views. Cute 3-bedroom/2-bath unit very spacious at 1,600 sq. ft with a large balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded and the unit comes completely tiled. A gated resort with 24/7 security, amenities include several pools with a seasonal heated pool, 4-tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Brand new on the rental market, all dates are available. Come and stay with us.
Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Saida IV #402 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
4. Pets ~ Dogs are welcome for $100/ per non-refundable dog cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.
Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

Very relaxing stay
Very nice property. The staff couldn't have been nicer!
The unit is in need of an update, but the amazing view of the beach, Space X launches and extremely comfortable master bed made up for it!
Abby, our Black dog, totally enjoyed her stay. (We loved your picture of the Black dog!)
Thank you for allowing pets and using Blue Ocean rentals. Thay have taken very good care of us for 9 years!

Our favorite place to stay
We’ve stayed here for 3 years now. South Padre is our annual family vacation destination .pet friendly so ALL my family gets to enjoy the beach. Room is spectacular, view is breathtaking. And it truly feels like home at the end of day. Everything you need is provided. The blender wasn’t working and they had one at the door in a few hours. We will continue to stay every year.

A lovely place to spend a few weeks
BOVR has been our go-to team for years now. We have moved to a few places with them but this has been the best one so far. The view was exceptional and the location was great as well, close to restaurants and other places of interest. The condo was set up nicely and we enjoyed spending time inside when the weather was too bad to get out much. We had a couple of small problems but the crack staff at BOVR took care of them within hours of our mentioning them. We also enjoyed being able to go upstairs and watching the SpaceX launches from the walkways! Overall, the condo and location earned its 5 stars. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on going back to that complex next year.

Wonderful February Stay
We (5 adults) stayed the whole month of February in this condo. There was plenty of space for us inside with 1600 square feet. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space in each of the bedrooms.
The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The pantry had lots of room for dry food and the in unit washer/dryer was great to have.
We used the direct private access to the beach everyday. The three pools and hot tubs provide lots of choices for hanging out on days when the beach is too windy or cold.
During the winter months there were pickleball lines on two of the tennis courts and we learned how to play during our stay. There are city of SPI pickleball courts about a block away.
There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
The support we received from Rosa and Rod and their team at Blue Ocean was impressive. For the few issues that came up, they were very quick to respond in a positive and respectful manner and were always resolved to our satisfaction.
Loved our stay and would stay here the next time we’re on SPI.
The condo was awesome! The location and the view were both perfect! I have absolutely no complains! I could never get the tv in the master bedroom to work but it didn’t bother me. My family and I had a great time. Would definitely stay there again!
