    Guests will fall in love with this 4 bedroom private home with a newly build private heated pool/hot tub and backyard area!

    This house is located just 1/2 a block from South Padre Island's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico!

    This vacation rental home features tasteful decor and is totally renovated!

    The living room is spacious and provides for ample seating area for guests to relax. Guests will enjoy visiting with each other and watching movies and shows on the large flat screen tv.
    The oversized kitchen countertop provides an excellent space to prepare meals. This kitchen has everything needed to make a great meal with family and friends. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining table offers seating for 8 people, with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
    The bedrooms are well appointed and provide excellent sleeping accommodations for guests.
    The master bedroom features a king bed with flat screen tv. The large beautifully renovated master bathroom has a large tub and walk in tile shower.
    The second guest room offers a queen bed.
    The third guest room entails a king bed and an en suite bathroom.
    The fourth bedroom has a perfectly designed bunk bed set up with 4 twin built in bunks!
    There is an additional sleeping space in the bonus living area, which has two (2) murphy beds and a flat screen tv!
    Friends and Family will enjoy spending quality time in the pool/hot tub and backyard area! This large pool is the perfect spot to cool off and catch some sun while enjoying South Padre Island's warm tropical climate!

Very nice and spacious house! This house is exactly what we needed for our family vacation. My kids absolutely loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Owners and property manager were so nice and answered any questions we had! Nice close location to the beach and neighborhood was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is just as you see in the pictures. Spacious kitchen and nice, large, comfy couch for everyone to gather around and watch a movie. The kids and the adults spent endless hours in the pool and in the hot tub. It was very quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Check in was a breeze, communication was quick and helpful and the checkout process was the easiest we’ve ever had for a rental. One of our highlights was watching a Space X rocket launch. The drive to the beach to watch the launch was only 10 minutes away. Great option for a large group.

Great space with a wonder pool and hot tub!

We had 6 adults and 5 children on this visit. The house was an excellent space for us. Literally a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and had a great time.

Great House!

This house was exactly what we wanted for a great stay at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone, all of the beds were super comfortable, it was stocked with everything we could need and was a super short walk to the beach. It was very clean and the pool was great for swimming after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

Annual family beach getaway

Every year my siblings and our family get together for a week to enjoy the beach. This year we selected South Padre and this location was able to accommodate all our kids ourselves and our parents. Everyone got to experience a little something different from grilling by the pool to walking to the near by restaurant. The best thing was the beach access being a short walk.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was—it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is incredibly spacious, with large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen that made cooking for the family so easy and enjoyable. The bathrooms were spotless and beautifully updated, and we especially loved relaxing on the porch in the mornings with coffee.The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, even with kids in tow. The backyard was a dream! We booked this house for my birthday trip and it was perfect! The location is a 3-5 minute walk from the beach as well as extremely close to many other stores & restaurants. We had an issuing using the code provided to enter the home, but it was quickly addressed and taken care of. I highly recommend staying here if you are in a large group, especially if having a private pool & hot tub is on your must have list. Looking forward to possibly staying here again in the future!

There were three bedrooms with King size beds. The master bedroom, where my wife and I stayed, was very accommodating. It had a large bedroom, with a large shower, a big jacuzzi, and plenty of closet space with doors. Everybody else also enjoyed their bedrooms. The swimming pool was also very huge and all of us fully enjoyed it. We also used the Weber BBQ pit, next to the pool, which worked out extremely well.

SPI Getaway

Great getaway in a home that was cozy and spacious. Jay was always keeping us informed and up today on things to do and local weather updates. The pool was a great feature that added that "at home" feel as well as the BBQ pit and amenities. Main beach was a few minutes away which made getting ready to go and come back a breeze. Would definitely recommend this home if you have a large family or simply looking for space for everyone. We also took our two mini schnauzers who also enjoyed their stay and look forward to our next trip staying at Jays amazing home away from home!

Family beach vacation

My niece recently graduated and we celebrated as a family with a beach vacation and this place did not disappoint. Three different families with dogs included and we did not run out of space. I loved the double refrigerators, plenty of towels, and the pool is huge with a splash pad for the littles. Smart TVs in all rooms, AC worked like a charm and the boardwalk to wash off after the beach is an awesome feature. The walk to the beach is very short. There's also a bar/motel next door that we enjoyed the live music from. Minor inconvenience (for our dogs) was the pool guys showing up without notice in the middle of our stay.

Great spot for a family vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house! Communication with the owners was top notch. The weekend we booked was the tail end of tropical storm Alberto but it ended up being a perfect weekend! The owners thoughtfully left us some games in case we got rained in, very sweet gesture given that mother nature is unpredictable. The features of this home suited our large group of 14 nicely. Plenty of towels and space to move around, enough bathrooms to easily get everyone showered in a decent amount of time and the kitchen/dining/living room to all hang out for family dinners and lounge was great. We spent a good amount of time outside in the pool and hot tub. Great set up out there with the tables, chairs and shade when needed. Beach is a short walk from this home and the outdoor wash off station really is such a great feature. Overall, we will definitely want to stay here again. Not only because of the homes features and amenities but because of how personable the owners are. That meant a lot to us. Thank you!

Great Beach Location

The house was located perfectly within walking distance to the beach. The host was responsive, however some requests were not completed. It is a great house, however it's a bit dated and needs some upgrades. We had a large group so we were cooking meals while we were there. There were a plethora of cooking utensils, however there were no baking pans, cookie sheets, can opener and sauce pans. The house was clean, however window blinds were dusty and very difficult to raise and lower. The showers in all of the restrooms need a deep cleaning to remove mold in the corners and floor. The pool had algae in it as well as debris. This was due to some storm that had rolled through right before we arrived. We swept the pool and removed the debris. The pool powder room was filthy so i reached out to the host and they came out to clean it pretty much immediately. The hot tub was not working properly and that was never resolved. Overall, even with some of the issues mentioned, we enjoyed our stay. The house was a great layout and everyone had plenty of their "own" space. I loved the shower outdoors. It was nice to rinse all of the sand off of our stuff we had taken to the beach. The living quarters are located on the second level with the garages on the bottom. Therefore, be prepared to climb stairs with coolers and all other belongings.
