This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The ground floor includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.
POLICIES & INFO Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed. - The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days and $25 for each additional day from October - May. 24-hour advance notice is required.

The location & views are fantastic. The rental had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house needs some TLC inside as you can see there is some neglect.
We had a wonderful family vacation and the location was wonderful. Right on the sand and the weather was quite warm and humid so the pool was cool and awesome! Perfect for our grandchildren once they were “beached” out! The house was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities .
The place was amazing. We had a full house and it was plenty of room for all of us. Only thing we would have changed would be to have a baby gate available for the stairs, we made it work without but would have been nice to have the option. The location was perfect on the beach and had our own private pool.
Really enjoyed our time at South Padre Island! Location on island was north of the larger buildings, so made for a peaceful time at the beach. The small pool is also a nice place to relax at the end of the day - nice and toasty during Spring Break!Condo itself is spacious and well set up for two couples and older kids. We had ourselves, our in-laws, teenage son and his friend, and the place was configured perfectly for all of us - easy since each room has its own bathroom. Kitchen and eating areas are spacious.
The photos do not do justice to this beautiful duplex. It has very high ceilings and a stunning beach view. Feels like you could touch the ocean from the kitchen. The Pool is a perfect size to cool off, well furnished rooms, parking in the garage was effortless, and daily walks to the coffee shop was a treat. Other than some road noise late Saturday night, it was absolutely silent.
We were delighted with Mi Casa E Su Casa. Every detail was perfect The access & views of the Gulf were amazing. The pool was too small to swim in, but wonderful for all 4 of us to relax in and chat after a day at the beach or exploring Laguna Madre Preserve. Dining options in the area are abundant. One of our favorite finds Palms Cafe, right on the beach, minutes from the condo. Service & food were 1st class.
Overall very nice. Large rooms attractively decorated. Some kitchen pots & pans had been returned to cabinets unwashed and nonstick finish worn out. Too few eating utensils. We bought some plastic forks & knives.
Surpassed my expectations! The view was beautiful, pool was nice, very clean,roomy. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The decor in this house is rather dated, but open the curtains and you don’t even notice! Would go back in a heartbeat. Pool was small but refreshing. The only complaint I had was garage door opener was not given to us and had to wait 3 hours and go get it ourselves. But that was rental company’s fault.
This property is fabulous. It is clean and had everything you would ever want in a beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico, including a pool, wonderfully stocked kitchen with many seating options, spacious living spaces with ample and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, convenient parking for your cars, and a spectacular view of the ocean. In addition to being right on a quiet section of the beautifully maintained dog friendly public South Padre beach, it is within beach walking distance of many beachfront restaurants. The rental company was very accommodating and accessible and its employees were very friendly and met all our needs. The three adults and two family pooches in our party could not have had a better experience. We also can’t say enough nice things about the very friendly people of South Padre Island. We hope to stay at this fantastic “slice of paradise” again in the future. We highly recommend it.

Great location, disappointing accommodations.
Great location right on the beach, great view, near restaurants and shopping. Beds comfortable, new sofas were very nice. Plenty of space.However,The picture of the living area is not accurate.Outdoor patio furniture was in very poor condition and dirty. (The 2 lounge chairs were not usable). Outdoor grille was not working when we arrived and was promptly replaced with a very small cheap one. Disappointing. Dishwasher was old and did very poor job of washing. Not all the burners on the stove worked properly. Pots and pans were plentiful but most very old and rusty...not usable. We had to purchase some silverware (plenty of forks but only 2 knives and 2 spoons). Fire alarms kept going off randomly. Considering the cost of renting this property, we were disappointed in the quality of accommodations. (too many yard sale finds).We enjoyed the beach.
The VIEW!! The big double doors opening to an unobstructed ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing. Simply amazing. The upstairs of the property is wide open and inviting.
Awesome location. Great being right on beach, and having pool and outdoor showers. Would be happy to return. Furniture and fixtures are a little worn, but hey, it’s a beach house!
This was a much-needed vacation and our experience at Mi Casa Su Casa was amazing. The convenience of being on the beach, the privacy, and a good-sized pool made our stay perfect. We will definitely try and stay here again during our next visit to SPI. Thank you, for an enjoyable stay.
The house was awesome, and perfect for our family. The house was also very clean and fully stocked. The view was amazing and super close access to the beach. We look forward to coming back again next year!

We enjoyed the view the water. The people were very nice. The barbecue pit didn’t work. We did buy a new propane for it, but it still didn’t work but other than that the house was very clean very cold AC. I loved everything that was stacked that everything that you needed. The pool was very clean. Everything was excellent. Will be back one day thank you so much for opening your home to us from the Garcia family.
