Perfect South Padre Island Getaway

For a relaxing getaway on the Gulf Coast, stay at this convenient condo within walking distance to the beach. Located on South Padre Island, Texas, this condo is part of La Isla Residences Complex on the less congested, south end of the island. You will find many local restaurants and businesses are a short walk or drive away, plus the beach and lots of water sports are nearby.

Condo Info:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is able to accommodate a family of 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bath. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The family room area has a sectional sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa. There is a large Smart TV for relaxing and enjoying movies. The balcony has a small bistro set and provides and excellent location to watch the Space X launches.

Safety and Cleanliness:
For your safety, we always professionally clean and disinfect the condo. We provide self-check in and check out using keyless entry.

Pet and Smoking Policy:
No pets or smoking is allowed inside the condominium. (smoking allowed on balcony).

Parking:
La Isla Residence is gated. There is a limit of two vehicles that can part on the premises. Permits need to be placed on the vehicles to avoid them from being towed. An overflow lot is located across the street from the complex for additional vehicles or watercrafts. A key to the gate door that leads to the access to the beach walkway will be hanging next to the entrance door.

Owner Info:
We are local owners and available if needed. The condo has been recently updated and is one of the nicest in the complex. It is our personal family condo that we enjoy with our kids. We wish to share the experience with other families

We loved our stay in Padre! Eric was responsive ,the place was so clean, and we didn’t really need to bring much. He had so much there already. Kitchen stuff and extra linens, washing powders! They had access to Netflix and Amazon prime, we didn’t even have to login. It was very hospitable and great views.

Amazing stay! The host Eric, is top tier. His vacation rental has everything you need from towels, dishes, cooking utensils, spices, linen, cleaning products we felt right at home. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were super comfortable! The host was always quick to respond to any questions. No view from the balcony, and the gym was disappointing, but we did enjoy the pool. Would have been nice to have more towels and a place to get beach gear (chairs, shade structure, small cooler) since we flew in and didn't have access to those items. We would stay again.

Condo unit was super clean and very well appointed. Some areas were a little worn but to be expected. Very impressed we saw zero bugs the 3 nights we stayed. Gym was disappointing with one non-functioning treadmill, a bike and only a few weights. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Walls are a little thin, you can hear your neighbors. Had a neighbor who was playing music very loudly but when we called it was resolved very quickly. Super great location to watch the SpaceX Starship 5 launch! We could stay there again.

Highly recommend this condo when we arrived to the condo the hallways looked really bad but when we went into our room we were like WOOOOW !! It was super clean, the beds were comfortable to. The area was really calm, we will definitely be coming back..
