Amazing Beach home with private pool and steps from the sand!

Seaside Story Part 2 is a beautiful beach home directly across the street from the beach access with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico! This home is one of the best homes in the South Padre Island rental market due to location, size, and amenties. The home has it's own private heated pool which is perfect after long days at the beach just steps away. Seaside Story Part 2 is an extremely comfortable home which allows you to relax and have the comforts of a home. Wi-Fi, Cable, Gas Grill, and stocked kitchen are just a few of the offerings.

Just steps from the ocean and with numerous restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance of the home, Seaside Story 2 is an ideal location for a wonderful vacation.

Grampa and Grama took kids and grand kids to south padre island. They loved the house and pool. The location and view of the gulf was perfect.would rent again.

July 4th trip

The beach house was just the right size for our family of 15. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and from the dinning room. The pool was a huge plus, although smaller than the pictures led us to believe. We loved the beach access being right across the street. Had a great stay there.

Great extended weekend in South Padre

This property is great. The house is amazing with plenty of space for our party (16). The pool was relaxing and a great way to wind down. The second floor balcony had nice views of the beach. The beach access is right across the street which made it very convenient. All in all an amazing stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Plenty of room in the perfect spot

The beach house was a great space for big families or groups of friends. The private pool was a perk but the best part was being across the street from a great access point to the beach. Loved our stay. The only downside is if you have bad knees, the kitchen, dining and living are all upstairs. Also, our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from Home!

The family and I enjoyed the beautiful house plenty of room, beds ,restrooms also very clean . I liked that the house stayed nice and cool when outside was very hot and humid. Great place to stay

My whole of my 14 family members enjoyed this place a lot. The house is clean and updated, of course need some repairs, but these a ver minimum, i.e the distribution / flow of AC is just shorter in the lower rooms, but the air fans made their work. The pool the kitchen and the plenty space on the living room create a ver comfortable place to stay, getting to the beach in just 2 minutes walking into the beach access right in front of the house. The location and neighborhood is fantastic.

Multi family beach vacation

Went on a beach vacation with my parents, sisters, and our families. We had 8 adults and 8 kids ages 1-16. This home fit us so comfortably and we had such a great time. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Loved having our morning coffee and staring at the beautiful ocean. With the fully equipped kitchen we were able to cook most all our meals at home and there is a nearby grocery store. We would definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Padre Island.

Family vacation 2024

Great location. We really enjoyed the large home and pool. Beach access across the street was a plus and really nice. Kary Smith was an excellent host. Responded promptly when we had a question and/or concern. She was extremely helpful and made the check in and out process very easy. She also had a medicine bag which the cleaning service located promptly shipped to us. We will definitely be staying at this property the next time we vacation in South Padre Island. 😃👍

Great Location

This home is well located, close to the beach! Backyard area and pool are quite small. The home accommodates a lot of people, but two of the bedrooms have no closets or chest of drawers! Kitchen lacks some needed cookware. Ice maker in fridge was not working.

Great Family Vacation

Three generations of our family stayed in this house and everyone enjoyed it. Loved the first floor bedrooms & baths for 8 of our group of 10. Easy to get away to your own room when ready for a nap! All the bedrooms and baths were big and roomy. My 86 year old mother did have to climb stairs to second floor to enjoy the kitchen and living room but did well. Our group drank coffee on the front porch each morning and evening and people watched. Great location to walk to the beach! Walked to Wanna Wanna bar for drinks and appetizers one day. We brought a wagon to carry beach chairs & canopy for daily setup and used beach toys found in the closet. Master bedroom was big with private balcony good for evening sunsets. Kids enjoyed the pool. It was small but did the job on the hot days. We would definitely go back!

Great Location

We had 10 people in our group and overall, the home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and eat. We loved the private pool and spent a great deal of time there. It's also one of the few homes across the road from the gulf, but still having great gulf views. The walk to the beach was an easy 1 minute walk. It was wonderful that beach chairs are provided, so we carried them to the beach. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her. The location was great. We rented a golf cart and they are legal to drive on the roads. So we drove to all the shops and restaurants. The location is ideal for doing these things. There are two things that could be improved. The dryer took at least 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. Two bedrooms do not have a closet, so providing a wardrobe so there would be some hanging room would be nice. These two things didn't wreck our vacation in any way. Everything else was perfect.

Holy stairway to heaven!!!!!

I mean literally. This beautiful beach house is a split level with tile steps that take you up to the main living area. The house was equipped with baby gates however they were not long enough to block the steps. It wasn’t ideal for a 2 year old, 5 year old and 71 year old that we had on the trip. Also, the room that had all the bunk beds for kids had a sliding door straight out to the pool area. This family was on point all week to insure safety for all. Other than that….this beach house was a for sure win. Yes, stairway to heaven for sure. It was very comfortable for the entire family. Extremely roomy, never felt on top of each other. Love the main living area, the kitchen had a lovely bar that looked out to dining area and living space so that you could socialize while prepping and cooking. Location was perfect!!!! Just a short walk to the beach. Kids LOVED jumping from beach to pool all day long. You get the best of both worlds with this house. If you want a relaxing vacation just relax on the beach or poolside. If you want to be active there are lots of activities offered on the island. Parasailing, horseback riding, dolphin watching with fireworks. Fishing galore! The sky’s the limit. A big shout out to Kary the hostess as she was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. A five star for sure. Our family had an amazing time.
