New Listing - Awesome Beachfront Condo !!!

Our newly renovated 8th Floor condo at Saida IV has awesome views of the Gulf. Our balcony is in the shade all afternoon with a nice ocean breeze. There are 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pool-side food and bar cabanas (seasonal). Walking distance to shops, restaurants. Saida is a great place for families or adult get-a-ways.
Our Condo has all new appliances, flooring, a washer/dryer, and we're giving you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, toys, boogie/skim boards, tennis rackets, etc.) A great perk to keep your packing to a minimum ! (During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 10 - 32; they're $25 +tax / ea. You buy them upon check-in at the Management office.) Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $99/pet for the entire duration of your stay.

Great customer service and location

Jeremy was a great host who was extremely responsive to our various questions/needs. The location was walking distance to various food options while also being an easy walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony.

Slice of heaven !

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was very clean and had wonderful amenities.The ground our beautiful and well maintained.The communication with our host was phenomenal. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring all the different activities. I highly recommend staying at this condo

A Stunning View

The view! The first thing you notice when you enter the condo is the STUNNING VIEW! We got up each morning to see the sunrise. The first morning, we witnessed it while strolling on the beach. The second and third mornings, we took a cup of coffee out to the balcony to enjoy the dawning of a new day! The Saida grounds are immaculate and resort-like, with easy beach access. The pools and rec area are beautiful. The condo itself was clean and spacious, with seating for all guests. Loved that it was pet friendly and we were able to bring our fur babies! Thanks Jeremy, your communication is second to none. Will definitely book again!

Everything was great!!

Weather was the only issue but what are you going to do?🤷‍♂️ Instructions were great, check in was the easiest ever for VRBO, and the condo was exactly as listed. If we’re ever in SPI again, will absolutely stay here!

Great experience

The property was very clean with a wonderful view of the beach, pools and tennis courts. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one (sports equipment and beach supplies) I would definitely recommend this property!!

Awesome stay!

Condo was great. Very clean and just as described. Owner was very hospitable and had great info on restaurants and activities. We had no hot water when we arrived and Island Services, property management, was very quick to get the problem resolved.

Great place to stay in SPI

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. Beautiful view, resort was nice. Owner Jeremy was very helpful and communicated very well. King bed very comfy. Nice that had the beach chairs to use. Resort was not super busy even though it was Easter break, could always get into the hot tub. We Would stay here again! Glad we stayed here, overall great!

Bathroom pictures were misleading. Overall it was comfortable and a wonderful view. Jeremy and Lisa stayed in touch with us giving us so much good information of things to do.

Best Condo/Host on SPI

We arrived late (10pm) and I forgot to notify host. But, they sent us an email with all information detailed. So, we were checked in and in the condo within 5 minutes. The condo is an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath with unreal wall of mirrors! Has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pools and beach. Very clean and modern. The host was great to communicate with and even checked to see if we needed anything to make our stay better! We’ll be back this summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeremy was wonderful at providing local information and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. This condo was the perfect location. Whether you're sitting on the patio soaking in the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or walking down to the water. Close enough to walk to a few shops, take evening walks on the beach, along with sunrise runs. The property is very pet friendly and has plenty to do for the entire family (tennis, swimming, shuffleboard, etc). I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Property!

Our host Jeremy was amazing—kind, gracious, and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was very clean and the furniture including the beds was very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. All three of the pools are wonderful. If you book this unit, be sure to bring your own cleaning items, clothes washing detergent and hand soaps as well as food condiments. There are great restaurants close by such as Russos. Gabriella’s, and Yummies is a must. We will be back and have already made reservations! Ginny O’Bryan April 27, 2022

Felt Like Home

The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. Hosts contacted me ahead of time to advise me to pack coffee and beach towels and a few other things. They stayed in touch to make sure we got in and everything was as stated, then thanked us for staying. Great view of the beach, three minute walk. Grounds were nice, well maintained and close to the strip. Excellent stay.
