This beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo with a full kitchen is less than a

minute walk from the beach. View of Gulf from balcony and one of the

bedrooms. Property has swimming pool, elevator, and washer/dryer in condo.

Located between local beach 'hot spots' such as Clayton's Beach Bar & Grill

and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, this condo has great location, great

amenities to include FREE Wi-Fi, all at a VERY affordable price! No matter how

long you stay (a few days or a few months), you'll never get tired of all the

great family friendly things to do around the island! From fantastic local

restaurants, night clubs, bars, and pubs, to amusement parks, beach parks, and

sightseeing tours, voted one of the best beaches in the USA, South Padre

Island truly has it all! Unit comes with everything you could need to include:

Bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, pots and pans, glassware,

silverware, cookware, plates. All you need is to bring your personal hygiene

items, clothes and groceries leaving more space for your on the road travel.

Parking available for 2 vehicles permit not required.







**NOTE: Currently Beach goers have been encountering tar while at the beach.

Please rinse off and remove all tar, do not use towels to remove tar before

entering the Condo. You will incur additional fees for all towels and linen

that is no longer useable. **



Check in time: 3pm and Check out 10am. There is a per hour fee for late

check out at $50 per hour. Late check out is subject to approval.

Weekend Getaway

The area is perfect along with the parking. The condo smelt a little musty, but maybe because it's not always in use. The concerns we had were there is obviously a roach infestation at the condo building in a whole because we had to kill roaches during our stay and they were small and very tiny which I've known are the worst to have. Our light bulbs went out in one of the bed rooms and the lights kept flickering off and on throughout the condo the time we were in the condo. There was no hand soap to very little hand soap in the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms hand soap had water in it I guess from previous visitors. Don't get me wrong, the place is in the perfect spot with access to the beach very close by. The use of the wagon was very helpful, but if we just wouldn't of had to be killing little roaches all the time we could have enjoyed being in there better. Entering into the condo was very easy and convenient. The sheets and towels were also very clean. Great Place, Great Location, Great Area, just please fumigate so the next guests won't have to be killing roaches. The Pool also was very murky so we did not use it. Guests were partying at 4:00am in the pool and making so much noise, so no one checks if rules are being followed by the pool. We still made the best of it.
