Modern Beachfront Condo with Amazing Private Terrace
Permit: 2023-0418 This Bahia Mar resort Villa is decorated with modern fixtures and furnishings and it`s an ideal location in one of the largest oceanfront properties on SPI. It’s located next to the main swimming pool and beach access not like the other condos and Solare building at the resort that are a long walk to the beach. You can relax in the privacy of its own private patio.
Number of guests will depend on number of people on the inquiry, no extra will be added. Children under the age of 4 will be counted as an occupant.
Parking Notes: Renters are allowed two free parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit can be issued for a fee ($70 plus tax) per vehicle. Please note that no boats, trailers, or R.V.s will be allowed on the property. HOUSE RULES:
● Maximum occupancy limit: 8 guests (including children 12 and under) ● No invited Guests are allowed. ● Must provide valid ID to enter property ● No smoking allowed ● Minimum age to rent is 21 ● All people are required to wear wristbands. ● Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. ● This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats. ● Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee ($70 plus tax). Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.`s or motor homes will be allowed on property. ● Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. ● We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property.

The property was very clean, organized and professional. The beach access was great for the stay and the villa had plenty of room for fun and entertainment during the time it had rained. Would definitely stay again.
Mattresses wer very uncomfortable and parking isn’t the best depending on what you drive but everything else was good …but for the price I say little bit too pricey for what you get
Girls getaway birthday celebration. Overall 5 stars-condo just as advertised, clean. safe and fully stocked. Perfect location near beach and pool. Would stay again.
Everything about the resort was very good. Check-in process was fairly simple. Everything else was fine. Owner responded when we contacted her condo. Unit was clean clothes to pool and had a nice enclosed patio. Everything worked out well very pleased.
Great location and community amenities. Family friendly and overall quiet and safe. The space is modern with the basics and no more provided as they describe in the messages regarding check in. The host was communicative and fairly responsive. The only complaint is cleanliness. There were dirty shoe prints on the floor, some of the plates/utensils had dried food on them and some of the towels had small brown/red spots. Overall the space looked like it had been cleaned just not well.
The best thing about this property was the space. The room upstairs should be the master, it's the nicest room. I didn't like that we had to bring our own face and beach towels at the rate we paid.
Property is very close to pool and beach which is the best feature along with the enclosed patio. Probably better for families without small children but we made it work. Needs a little updating but met our needs just fine.
Our place was perfect for a family of seven. We were a great location to restaurants and the pool and ocean were steps away. Would recommend this place to other families!
The property was as represented, clean and well-taken care of. The owner was incredibly responsive.
Overall, this was a very good experience. The owner was very responsive and very professional. We did have a few communication misunderstandings relative to the number of guests and access to the property but in the end the resort was very accommodating and our family had a wonderful week. The communication issues were partly my fault as I should have gotten further clarification on certain issues, including that the resort monitors access to the facility in all respects by a wristband (not just for use of the pool). I would recommend this property and the owner to friends.
We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. I would recommend bringing cleaning wipes for cleaning up the table/counter after use as there are no cleaning supplies there (mother of 4, always cleaning:) ). We will be back! Thanks for having us!!
We stayed at the Bahir Mar last year for fall break as well and there were many roaches. The property manager had someone come spray and they seemed to get better. This time we stayed in a different condo and the same thing happened, so many roaches. The property manager gave the same excuse of they come with the rain and had someone come spray. I am sorry but we killed over 20 and there were baby roaches in TWO of our beds. I believe the building is infested. They must be in the walls of the property. The rain did not bring in baby roaches and there's no way this isn't an issue when it's happened to us both years. There were several other little things like old bloody stain on bedding where it's obvious the bedding wasn't changed between renters. The hot tub for the entire condo had a light with exposed wiring hanging in the water and it took me 2 times to reiterate it needed immediate attention before someone was seriously hurt. I had mentioned to the owner how badly I wanted to get out and return home and forgot my sundries bag. I thought she would send it back and at least pay for it since there were so many issues but, nope I just paid $35 but it's okay- at least I'll get my stuff back. The infestation needs some serious attention in this building. The uncleanliness is inexcusable especially since I was charged a fee for cleaning. Overall- it needs attention.
