- "Manu Kai" Elegant beachfront retreat for the larger family or two families. Beautifully decorated 5000 square foot beach house with 100 feet of beach frontage overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Six bedroom six bath private home with swimming pool and hot tub, Maximum occupancy 12 persons.
The "Manu Kai" is located within the exclusive Shores Subdivision. The floor plan is very open with expansive living spaces separating the bedrooms, three bedrooms on one side of the house and three bedrooms on the opposite side of the house with living area in between. Large balconies and windows throughout the home allow for natural light and a real feeling of being right on the beach.
Lush gardens surrounding the property create an ambiance of serene sanctuary. The ample pool area located just below the house is perfect for lounging around the pool after a day at the beach, or preparing a meal in the outdoor kitchen. Outdoor Showers, a Full Bathroom, and Comfortable furnishings make coming back from the beach a joy.
