The perfect beach vacation awaits you in our completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from a balcony. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a charcoal grilling station, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beautifully decorated condo is located on the 5th floor with inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door there is nothing but quiet, privacy and amazing views... You've truly arrived in paradise.

The spacious living/dining area, all decorated in tropical jewel tones of the sea have floor-to ceiling windows and doors with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft gentle sea breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf.

The master suite with a new king size mattress has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center courtyard, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area, a large flat screen TV and an attached master bath with walk-in tiled shower and quartz vanity top. A 2nd. mini master suite with a new king size mattress has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door to another balcony overlooking the pool/spa and tennis court. There is a flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker to get you started in the morning. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds with new pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. These 2 guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity top. All 3 bedrooms have built-ins with plenty of storage and are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner.

The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a quartz counter top and breakfast bar with additional seating for 4. All new stainless steel appliances include a slide-in convection range, microwave, dishwasher, large 3 door refrigerator with ice maker and various small appliances. It is stocked with high quality dishes and glassware. There is a basic supply of herbs and spices to enhance your cooking creations. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied for your arrival and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 wall mounted flat screen smart TVs. Spectrum Cable and free WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans throughout. New front loading, full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time fun, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and various beach toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer.
