Great property just off the beach and close to the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and within walking/biking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants.
This was less than 5 minutes walk from beach with multiple swimming pools, tennis courts that provided all day activity for us. It was a seecure community as well.
We had very good time in the property. It was located right across the swimming pool . My parents had good time in the jacuzzi. Beach was very close to our condo . Got to experience an amazing sunrise and a nice walk on the beach. Everything was close by. New years eve at Clayton’s was fun with band and fireworks which was walkable distance from the property .

This is a great unit close to the pool and beach. They provide minimal supplies so we needed to purchase a few items like laundry detergent which wasn’t provided; and be sure to bring your own beach towels. The best thing about it was the short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a large construction project between the beach and the unit right next to the pool which we could hear from 8 am to 5 pm. I wish this had been disclosed.
Wonderful location on first floor with walk out to pool. We had seven adults and we were very comfortable. Late Saturday evening (after 9pm( we noticed the washer wouldn't drain. The host had a repair done on Sunday before noon!

We are 8 over 70 yr old adults that meet to celebrate a 50 yr friendship. The 4 bedroom set-up was misleading according to the photos. One bedroom was only a set of child size bunk beds. No good for old people!! In the pictures, it appeared to have two rooms with king beds
One with two queens, and one with bunk bed and trundle.
We DID like the fact and the reason we chose this place, was that it was one level (Hard to find). It needs a non slip rug at the back patio door. (The tile is slippery when it’s wet. There were no wash clothes provided with towels, and they needed to provide more trash bags. Hope this is helpful. It’s a beautiful place, fun place and we had a nice time regardless of the rants!
