  • Beautiful large beach rental in pristine condition!

    Seaside Story is a 3 story luxury beach home across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This home is spacious and absolutely breathtaking! Your very own private resort complete with private pool and views of the ocean from all 3 levels of the home. Master suite is on the 3rd floor. Kitchen and living spaces are on the second floor, and additional guest rooms are on the ground level. You won't want to leave! Guests can enjoy the many amenities throughout the home including Free Wifi and cable of course. Comfortable interior allows you to relax and enjoy all this home has to offer. Stay in for dinner & enjoy the private pool and sounds of the ocean. Home has a gourmet kitchen with a very open floor plan into the great room and bar area. Great couches and chairs for relaxing in the evenings and watching a movie.

    Seaside Story is located right across from the beach access entrance. There are numerous shops and restaurants available within walking distance of the home. The home has 2nd and 3rd floor balconies with views of the ocean. The interior is open and airy and decorated beautifully. There is an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off after a day at the ocean. This is the perfect home for multiple families to enjoy together.

Wonderful family trip!

Property was as advertised. We were particularly pleased with being so close to beach access just across the street. The heated pool was great for our grandchildren (ages 4-12). We also enjoyed many activities in the area - nature center, sea turtle refuge, fishing, parks, lighthouse, etc. in addition to the beach and pool. Kary was extremely responsive to all questions and needs, including having a new oven/microwave installed mid-week. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Home! Perfect for Family Reunions!

This home was absolutely amazing! Probably my favorite vacation rental of all time, we plan to come back and have already told a bunch of our friends and family about this property. Lovely place, stocked with books, movies, beach chairs and toys etc. Lots of patio space, to have quiet time. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. Beach a short walk. You can see and listen to Beach from patio spaces. Any issues taken care of right away. The only down side for me was too many stairs. I would certainly stay here again!

The house offered everything we needed, with an excellent AC during July! The spacious family room was an added bonus! This place is well stocked and directly across from a beach access. Great Family Stay

This house was perfect for our family spring break. Every family had their own bedroom, which was large enough to accommodate pack and plays and extra space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill daily, ate at the large dining room table, enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pool was fabulous! You don’t even need to pack your beach towels! Kary was always available for questions and willing to handle any problems. We have stayed at SPI and this is our favorite house so far! Locations is great!

Relaxing, spacious home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It met our expectations nicely. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't right directly on the beach like I was led to believe, however it was only a short walk through a parking lot and we were there. It would just have been a bit more enjoyable to have a nice ocean view. The home was very spacious, and clean. With 10 of us, we all had our own private space to be to ourselves when needed. Might want to consider getting some knives sharpened, but that was quite minor. We have family that is close by that area, so we will be looking to rebook sometime in the future. Thanks for helping create a memorable experience for us!

We had a fantastic time! The home is spacious and was the perfect size for our group of 12, could have had a couple more. Everyone had the space they needed. The kitchen and dining areas were well used for food,fun and games. The patios had great views. The pool was clean and warm when a break from the ocean was needed. Thankful to have shared this with family and friends Would caution there are a lot of stairs. Not an issue for us, but if you are traveling with little ones or older parents br aware. Surrounding area was clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to any questions before the trip and responded to-needs while we were there. Lots of restaurants to enjoy your favorites!

This was our first experience in SPI. We thoroughly enjoyed it…except for tar balls on the beach. Blech! The cleaning people did not have it ready until about 3:45, but it was nice and clean. I was surprised that there were no bedrooms on the main floor. This may be my fault for not reading the description close enough. But my sister, who is 78, had a very hard time with the steps. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator door didn’t work. The 3rd floor gets pretty warm because the house is not using zoned cooling. But all in all, we had a great time!

Wonderful Stay! Beautiful Property! Attentive and Responsive Host

Had a great 60th Birthday Celebration with family. The house is in a wonderful location across from Beach Access 17. Probably walkable restaurants but with the August weather, golf carts and cars are adviseable. There were a couple of repeated complaints that I read while perusing reviews. One repated complaint was that the dryer did not dry clothes. Well actually it worked great, just need to adjust buttons accordingly. Another repeated complaint was that the upstairs bedroon was hot. It could be but, if you adjust the thermostat accordingly (mainly at night) you will find the upstairs room very comfortable. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, Cary is responsive to any needs, and it accommodates a large group without individuals bumping into each other. There are 3 levels and all bedrooms are on the entry floor with the exception of the Owner's Suite (and what a suite this is!!!) I loved the middle floor where we all gathered which included the kitchen, dining area, and family room. Because I travel with a lot of divas/princesses... two bathrooms were not enough on the entry/bedroom level... so unfortunately I had to share my humongous bathroom with two of them. I have so.much more to say but see that I'm running out of characters. To sum it up, you can't go wrong with choosing this rental. When returning, I hope it's available!
